At Eternal Star Pets, I hold a simple belief: love does not end when life does. It transforms into memory, into a quiet light that continues guiding us long after our companions have gone. Our brand began with my own farewell to Austin — my dog, my shadow, my family. He spent ten years and six months with me before passing from end-stage kidney failure and a kidney tumor. I stayed by his side day and night during his final eight days, watching him grow weaker while holding on with remarkable courage. Even then, he was still the same little soul who followed me everywhere, stole my pillow, guarded his food from only me, and peeked from the doorway every time I left the room. When the moment came to let him go, I realized I needed something worthy of that decade of unconditional love — something warm, dignified, and deeply personal.

But what I found in the market felt cold and distant. Nothing reflected the tenderness Austin deserved. And so, the idea of Eternal Star Pets was born — not as a business, but as a promise.
